The above video above features Charles Linden the creator of the Linden method at a keynote speech. This method as he explains is the structure around the method where he treated himself after 25 years of suffering, quickly and permanently.
He was suffering from Anxiety, Panic Attacks, OCD. He had tried many treatments such as prescribed medication, alternative methods and P to name but a few, but nothing worked.
For most sufferers, a panic attack can apparently come from nowhere. Their symptoms can feel as though they are having a heart attack with actual chest pains symptoms. It’s always important to have these type of symptoms checked out by a doctor.
