Targeting Depression Panic Attacks Efficiently

If you have difficulty breathing because of unexplained and uncontrollable feelings of loneliness, you’re most likely suffering from depression panic attacks. You should seek professional help immediately if you experience this frequently even when you’re in public places.

Unlike what most people think, it’s possible to experience panic attacks even when you’re clinically depressed. While this seems like an opposite psychological reaction compared to the usual “downs” of depression, this occurrence is actually very common.

When recognized during its early stages, you can actually treat depression panic attacks with cognitive psychotherapy or counseling. However, if you’re diagnosed with a more serious case of depression, you may have to take antidepressants and or mood stabilizers to fight off your panic attacks.

Whenever you experience depression panic attacks while you’re in a public place, it’s important for you to sit down, perform breathing exercises (to regularize your heart beat), and take a sip of water. Panic attacks usually last for 10 minutes, and if you feel like it’s going to be followed by another panic attack, you should ask for help.
