What Causes Panic Attacks


 Panic attacks may be inherited as it is somehow related to panic disorder but most experts agree that these attacks may be caused by learned behaviors or triggers in the environment. Panic attacks or an irrational fear of something may cause a person to feel uneasy.

It may lead the sufferer to experience shortness of breath or fainting. Once a patient learns to panic on a certain situation, it would be hard for him or her to recover but with help from professionals, he or she would learn of ways to control the onset of panic attacks.
