You first need to calm yourself by controlling your breathing and uttering positive statements that could boost your esteem. Once you get yourself to be relaxed, you will soon forget about the anxiety or the fear and would be able to free yourself from panic attacks.

You can also seek therapists to help you undergo several therapies designed especially to cure panic attacks permanently. Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are two methods that could help you with your illness.
