<p>It may be hard to force yourself to think logically once you have sudden panic attacks but you can do something about it. You may utter positive statements to help calm yourself down and convince your brain that there is nothing wrong and you will not be harmed. To control panic attacks, do this repeatedly until you become relaxed.</p>
